The Hafeman Veranda

With its open-air seating and a gorgeous 270-degree, panoramic view of the gardens, this screened porch offers a unique indoor-outdoor setting.

  • Venue Rental: $50 per hour (until 5p); $100 per hour (after 5p)
  • Wedding Reception Rental: $100 per hour
  • Approximate seating capacity: 60 guests
  • Several tables and chairs are provided for guest use. [See photos.]
  • We recommend planning for approximately 12–13 six-foot rectangular tablecloths to accommodate guest seating, as well as food and beverage tables and a gift table.
  • Tables and chairs are arranged in a standard setup for daily use. If you would like a different arrangement, it is the renter’s responsibility to set up and return them to the standard layout afterward.

The Garden Room

The Garden Room is a cozy indoor conference room with garden-related murals on the wall.

  • Venue Rental: $30 per hour (until 5p); $60 per hour (after 5p).
  • Approximate seating capacity: 30 guests.
  • Location: the main floor inside the Heinemann Visitor Center.

Provided for your use:

  • A pull-down screen and television.
  • A mini-fridge.
  • A microwave and sink.
  • Up to 6 six-foot rectangular tables that can be arranged according to your event’s purpose.

Tablecloth recommendation. Please plan to bring tablecloths to accommodate the number of tables you intend to use. If you wish to cover the counter area, please plan for an additional 2–3 six-foot rectangular tablecloths.

The Packard Pavilion Amphitheater

This covered amphitheater venue is perfect for large gatherings.

  • Party/Event Rental: $50 per hour
  • Wedding Reception Rental: $200 per hour
  • Table + Chair Rental: $250 includes: 25 5-ft round tables and 7 6-ft rectangular tables + 100 chairs [Set-up and tear-down is the responsibility of the renter.]
  • Approximate seating capacity: 200 guests
  • Location: across the street from the Visitor Center
