I authorize investigation by the Dubuque Arboretum of all statements and information contained in my employment application. I further authorize the Dubuque Arboretum to contact all references and employers listed in this application for the purpose of obtaining information concerning my employment history and/or other information. I hereby release the Dubuque Arboretum from any and all liability and claims that may result from its utilization of such information.

I also understand and agree that no representative of the Dubuque Arboretum has any authority to enter into any agreement for employment for any specified period of time, or to make any agreement contrary to the foregoing, unless it is in writing and signed by an authorized company representative.
