Dubuque Arboretum :: Marlyn’s Gardens
Arboretum and the community benefit from Marlyn Bausman’s commitment
A longtime Arboretum supporter, Marlyn Bausman was involved with the property, its management oversight, and its growth from Day One. Sadly, he passed away on Wednesday, December 14, 2016.
Visitors can see and appreciate his time commitment, dedication, and financial support in countless areas … even beyond those specifically identified with the Bausman name, which are:
:: Marlyn’s Falls
:: Jodi’s Garden: Old Garden Roses and Prairie Wildflowers
more about each

A unique and peaceful setting.
Jodi’s Old Garden Roses and Prairie Wildflower Garden.
This beautiful garden honors the memory of Marlyn and Joyce Bausman’s daughter Jodi in a very special way. Taken from this earth too soon, she is lovingly remembered by many.
Marlyn could often be found tending to these stunning areas within the Arboretum as well as other gardens on the property. He LOVED to talk gardening!
